Mr. Mathis concentrates his practice in intellectual property with a particular focus on patent preparation and prosecution. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has experience in the drafting and prosecution of domestic and international patent applications for Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and startup ventures. Mr. Mathis also has experience in conducting freedom-to-operate, non-infringement and invalidity investigations, and drafting formal opinions on such.
Mr. Mathis has particular technical expertise in electrical engineering and computer software and hardware.
