Eric Boyer is a patent attorney at BSKB, specializing in biotechnology and life sciences patent prosecution. He has extensive experience drafting and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications, conducting freedom-to-operate and patentability analyses, and assisting with IP due diligence. Prior to joining BSKB, he worked at leading intellectual property law firms, advising clients on strategic patent portfolio development.
