Christopher McDonald has practiced in the intellectual property field since 1990. He has extensive experience in patent prosecution, licensing matters, opinion work, amendments, interviews with examiners, appeal briefs and re-issue applications.

Mr. McDonald’s practice focuses on mechanical and electro-mechanical patents, particularly light emitting diodes, telecommunications, imaging systems and household appliances including compressors and pumps.

Mr. McDonald is a former Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where he specialized in Packaging Art.
